Genotyping and Gene Expression Technologies
FIMM Technology Centre provides both SNP and microsatellite genotyping services for large as well as small projects. The available technologies include SNP genotyping with Illumina BeadStation 500GX and iScan, Sequenom MassARRAY, or Affymetrix GeneChip systems, and microsatellite genotyping with ABI3730 platform. Both genome wide analysis, focused content marker sets, and fine mapping of selected regions is supported. Expression analysis with Illumina technology is also available.
