Affymetrix SNP and CNV genotyping
In addition to other SNP genotyping platforms at FIMM Technology Centre we also offer SNP and CNV analysis with Affymetrix GeneChip microarray products, e.g. Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0, featuring 1.8 million genetic markers including both SNPs and CNVs.
