Illumina SNP and CNV Genotyping Technology
FIMM Technology Centre offers single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and copy number variation (CNV) genotyping with all available Illumina BeadChip and BeadArray formats for whole-genome, targeted and custom SNP and CNV sets, as well as for cytogenetic analysis needs. The supported systems include both GoldenGate and Infinium methodologies. Standard focused content chips are available for human and several other organisms (e.g. canine and porcine chips) as well as specific needs, including linkage and cancer specific panels. Custom arrays can be designed for several additional species with published sequence information available. Custom SNP sets range from 96 or 384 to 1536 SNPs per array with GoldenGate up to ~200 000 selected SNPs per array with Infinium methodology and iSelect chips.

In addition, several data preparation and quality control steps before and after lab process are included in the standard process. All our sample and genotype data are stored in database.
Illumina DNA Methylation Analysis Technology
Methylation profiling with Illumina's Infinium Methylation Assay and HumanMethylation27 BeadChip, including probes for 27 578 CpG loci covering ~14 000 genes is available at our genotyping facility. Illumina Gene Expression Analysis Technology
All Illumina gene expression technologies (Direct Hybridization and DASL Gene Expression Assays) for whole-genome expression analysis for human, mouse and rat, as well as custom DASL assay panels for up to 1536 genes per array are available upon request.
