Metabolomic service

  • ph_sond.pngTargeted quantitative high-throughput analyses for medical applications

New analytical methods combined with bioinformatics provide a way to measure the extended metabolome. Metabolomics systematically studies the metabolome, i.e., the small molecules in cells, tissues and biofluids.

Metabolomics as a technology has been combined with genetic and genomic studies. Metabolomics is used as a quantitative phenotyping tool to complement the genetic and functional genomic study, from plant and microbial studies to large-scale efforts in the health sciences especially in medical and nutritional domains.

How to get started?

Our services and technologies can be applied to research projects in many ways and we will work with you to fit them to your needs.
