We are currently setting up a platform to carry out targeted quantitative and high throughput metabolomic by using UPLC®/MS/MS (MRM strategy) to target key metabolites involved in metabolism.
Installation of our analytical devices are currently in progress
- Robot for the preparation of samples will be delivered and installed in June 2011.
- Method development for analysing polar metabolites will start in June with the aim to have analysis pipeline ready for plasma and serum samples before the end of the year.
- Next method development will focus on analysis of lipidomics metabolites in the near future.
