FIMM Technology Centre IT Services unit provides the computational infrastructure for bioinformatics and research at FIMM. Technology Centre servers and bioinformatics services are being used by about 1000 scientists in Finland and abroad.
The Technology Centre has unique high-performance computational server hardware and storage infrastructure, tuned for solving questions in bioinformatics, molecular medicine, genetics and related fields. In addition to the infrastructure the Technology Centre offers a range of bioinformatics services ranging from www interfaces to our databases and servers to high-performance Linux cluster usage.
Technology Centre accounts are available for free to research groups in Biomedicum and their collaborators in Finland and abroad.
